The benefits of our dance classes which are geared toward positive mental health can help release chemicals in the brain that actively reduce cortisol, which helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Dance helps create a sense of community when our youth may feel otherwise isolated. Dance is a fun activity that can sharpen the mind, improve children's moods, build self-confidence, and build social bonds.
